A Behavior Technician provides 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their families in center. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based programs as directed the Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Case Supervisor.
No travel required, 10 holidays per year (paid if full-time), guaranteed 40 hours of work per week. Work is Monday to Friday whether Full-Time or Part-Time.

The BCBA plans, develops, and monitors a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges. The BCBA also consults with and teaches instructional team members regarding pro-active, educational, programming, and behavioral supports; develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborates with team members, related services providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate. The BCBA manages the treatment team and provides ongoing training and direct supervision to team members.
